Percent of time Job Accountabilities 70% Loan and Member Service Relations and Performance 1. Loan and Deposit Product Production Perform lending and member service functions for STCU and Shared Branch members accurately, timely, and in alignment with job standards and procedures. This includes consumer loan and deposit products and other services. Analyze credit reports. Input complete and well documented loan applications. Seek out opportunities to assist members with bringing loans over to STCU.
20% General Responsibilities 1. Passion for People and Service Foster and maintain constructive relationships with members. Provide members with outstanding service in all interactions, and look for opportunities to improve their financial well being. Constructively resolve member service issues and problems with professionalism, compassion and respect. 2. Compliance, Security and Disaster Recovery Maintain knowledge in and adhere to compliance standards for the branch. Adhere to security procedures and fraud controls to protect members, staff, and assets. Recommend changes to the disaster recovery plan for the branch. 3. Policies/Procedures/Processes Adhere to policies, procedures and established processes for the branch. Recommend policy / procedural changes and process improvements to assist in the achievement of the strategic goals of the organization. 4. Projects and Consulting Participate and/or consult on branch or organizational projects that contribute to the evolvement of STCU's culture and strategic vision and/or achievement of goals. Contribute as an effective project team member and complete all tasks and assignments in a timely manner. 5. Miscellaneous Perform additional duties as required by the Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager or other designee for efficient operation of the branch and/or credit union. This includes the possibility of being assigned temporarily to other locations.

JOB
Qualifications: 1. High school graduate or equivalent. Some college preferred. 2. A minimum of three years experience in consumer lending and new accounts. 3. Notary License strongly preferred. 4. National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) registration under the terms of the SAFE Act of 2008 is required. 5. Previous experience in keyboarding/PC and 10-key calculator. 6. Available to work flexible hours and overtime as needed. 7. Meets physical requirements of the job: Sitting for long periods of time Ability to speak, hear and see Ability to operate a computer keyboard and mouse Some lifting required (typically no more than fifty pounds)Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
