As the Social Media Specialist focusing on organic growth, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance Buck Knives' organic reach, engagement, and community building on social media platforms.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Content Strategy and Creation:
Develop and implement a content strategy aligned with Buck Knives' brand identity.
Create compelling, shareable, authentic content that resonates with our target audience.
Collaborate with the creative team to ensure visual consistency and high-quality content production.
Community Engagement:
Actively engage with our social media community, responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
Foster positive conversations, address inquiries, and build relationships with our followers.
Identify and collaborate with brand advocates, influencers, and enthusiasts to amplify our reach.
Platform Management:
Manage and optimize social media profiles, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging features to maximize organic growth opportunities.
Analytics and Reporting:
Utilize social media analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics.
Provide insights into content performance, audience behavior, and opportunities for improvement.
Collaboration with the Marketing Team:
Work closely with the marketing team to align organic social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
Collaborate on cross-functional campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience:
Proven experience in social media management with a focus on organic growth.
Demonstrated success in building and engaging social media communities.
Creativity:
Strong creative and storytelling skills to develop compelling content.
Ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas.
Communication:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Adept at conveying brand messaging and values through social media channels.
Analytical Skills:
Proficient in social media analytics tools to track and measure performance.
Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Passion for Outdoor Lifestyle:
An interest in and understanding of the outdoor and knife enthusiast communities is a plus.
EDUCATION AND
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field prefered.
