SUMMARY As a key member of the Marketing Team, this position will provide the strategic oversight and tactical execution of the company's eCommerce objectives and deliverables.
This role reporting to the Sr.
Ecommerce Manager will hold responsibility for the Buck Knives DTC revenue channel and facilitate the planning, administration, and execution of sales & performance optimization.
This role will focus heavily on implementing tactics that continually expand Buck's market share, enhance visibility, and drive measurable, high-converting direct-to-consumer sales through BuckKnives.

Com, and any/all additional marketplace expansion opportunities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Responsible for achieving and exceeding revenue and performance targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis representing the entirety of Buck's online DTC efforts.
Responsible for management of all Marketplace platforms, including Amazon, Ebay, Walmart.
com, and all associated marketplace networks.
Under the direction of the Sr.
Ecommerce Manager, organize tasks and workload, and emphasize best-in-class performance to meet deadlines and deliver material to support Ecommerce initiatives.
Assist in developing and integrating digital marketing strategy, including performance marketing channels, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and content positioning.
Assist in organizing the monthly process for measuring, benchmarking, communicating, and enhancing key metrics such as ROAS, conversion rate, margin, YoY growth, and other KPIs.
Under the direction of the Sr.
Ecommerce Manager, oversee all elements of website administration, including visual layout, functionality, merchandising, UX, UI, and core vitals.
Oversee execution of seasonal and annual promotional campaign plans while facilitating effective timing, positioning, and deployment to maximize sales and key product/brand communications.
Develop, monitor, and execute essential performance standards that may be utilized by cross-functional teams within the organization.
Manage relationships with key digital marketing vendors and partners.
Ensure all external and internal communication remains consistent with Buck's brand messaging.
Website/Marketplace Management Oversee the communication and guide work/efforts of third-party partners that may directly connect to or complement website functionality, such as payment processors, customer service modules, shipping modules, and analytic performance tools.
Work cross-functionally with IT to ensure technical demands are anticipated, scheduled, and executed within a proactive and routine manner and within planned budgets.
Continually review, monitor, and upgrade settings, performance standards, and execution, and stay abreast of emerging best-in-class services, technologies, and applications.
Maintain and continually evaluate and improve upon the marketing, transactional, and functional application of the 3rd party marketplace channel.
Maintain, communicate, and continually evaluate performance metrics of 3rd party efforts.
Oversee marketplace revenue channel, marketplace administration, marketplace presence, and evaluate new growth opportunities and emerging marketplace opportunities to maximize and optimize Buck Knives DTC Marketplace presence.
SUPERVISORY This role will not have direct oversight of team members.
QUALIFICATIONS Experience with BigCommerce, Shopify, or similar ecommerce platform Experience with Amazon Seller Central Experience working with a CMS Experience working with an ESP/SMS platform such as Listrak or Klaviyo Experience with review platforms, like Yotpo Experience owning or providing strategic input toward a monthly, quarterly, and annual forecast Strategic leader with strong Marketing, Communications, and creative traits.
Strong analytical ability, good judgment, and understanding of operational principles.
Strategic planning and budgeting experience.
Strong verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to communicate at all levels within the organization.
Must be proficient with Microsoft programs, Axapta knowledge a plus.
High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or closely related business administration degree or an equal level of experience in a marketing position.

years of experience in a digital marketing management or e-commerce management role.
Experience in managing Seller Central and associated vendor management marketplace platforms.
Possess a digital-first and analytical mindset.
